Devôtre Ami's Terms & Conditions

our terms and conditions apply to every offer of Devôtre Ami and to any distance contract concluded between you and Devôtre Ami. By ordering you accept the applicability of the general terms and conditions of Devôtre Ami. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order.

TO ORDER

All stated prices are amounts in euros and include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs. It is not possible to receive a refund on items that you have purchased when on sale/discount. A contribution to the shipping costs will be separately stated to you prior to the time of ordering. Orders and deliveries are also possible outside the Netherlands. Devôtre Ami holds the right not to accept an offer to purchase if an item is not available or if you have failed to pay invoices for previous deliveries for an unjustified reason. If we have received your order and can carry it out, we will always send you a confirmation via email, always check this to be sure. Items placed in the shopping cart are reserved for 1 hours. If Devôtre Ami’s is unable to fulfill a particular order, we will notify you as soon as it’s possible again.

OFFERS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES

All offers and promotion codes, applies the correct use of only 1 per person, per order. It is not allowed to use multiple offers and promotional codes together.

PACKAGING

Be discreet with all packaging and extra gifts that are shipped with your order. Avoid danger of suffocation by keeping it out of reach of children and animals. Also keep it away from fire, the packaging can be flammable. Devôtre Ami cannot be held responsible for damage or accidents caused by packaging and / or extra gifts after dispatched.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery takes place while stocks last. We aim to deliver all orders within 4-5 business days after being dispatched. During the transport of the products, Devôtre Ami will bear the risk in case of damage, theft or loss of the products. This risk will pass to you at the time of delivery of the products. If you notice any damage to the packaging before opening your package, please contact, us, Devôtre Ami immediately. If you have entered a wrong address for the delivery yourself, the additional shipping costs are for your account.

PAYMENT

All prices include VAT. We offer the following payment methods: credit card and Ideal. If you choose Ideal, you can choose between different banks such as; ING, ABN-AMRO, Rabobank, SNS bank, Frieslandbank, ASN bank, Regiobank, Triodosbank and van Lanschot. Devôtre Ami is entitled to carry out a check in case of an order where payment is chosen by credit card. Based on the information given, Devôtre Ami may offer an alternative payment method or cancel the order. Devôtre Ami will proceed the process when payment is received.

RETENTION

The goods remain the property of Devôtre Ami until full payment is received. The risk of the articles is transferred to you at the time of delivery.

COLORS

We cannot guarantee that the colors of the clothing pieces on the website are exactly the same as in reality. How the color is displayed depends on the settings on your computer or device.

RETURNS

Right of return: You can return received goods, stating the reason, within 10 days. If you decide not to keep the product within 10 days, you only pay the costs for returning the products. You must return the products undamaged and unused. The returned goods must be in a condition that corresponds to normal try-on usage. We do not accept used items, if there are indications of use, the item will be returned to the buyer. We hold the right to request compensation for goods whose quality has deteriorated due to use beyond the above. We kindly request you to fill-in the return form before sending your received goods in that way, we can see that the return is from you. Without this return form we cannot see from whom the return is and it will not be processed any further. Devôtre Ami is not liable for items that are not returned as stated above.

PROVE OF RETURN

Returning a product? Ask for a "return receipt", when you return something. You can request this at the post office or courier service. When the product has arrived at the seller, you will receive proof of this. It is useful to have this proof as a seller can say that the product has not arrived. Then you can prove that this has happened.

REGISTRATION

Registration may be required to use certain parts of the website. If your personal data changes, you can either log in and change it or you can inform us via: account@devotreami.com.

PRIVACY

Security and privacy are higly important at Devôtre Ami. We ensure a appropriate degree and form of security of personal data. This is done by using a firewall that ensures that unauthorized persons cannot access your data and certificates that data traffic between your computer and Devôtre Ami. We only store and use those personal data which is provided directly by you or which is provided to us. Data that is no longer required will be deleted. You can also request changes or deletion of data yourself. Your data will be used to process your orders as quickly as possible. Devôtre Ami declares that it will handle your data discreetly, will not provide your data to third parties and will only use your data for its own marketing campaigns. You always have the right to access your data or refuse to the processing, transmission or other uses of your data for marketing purposes, or withdraw your consent by notifying us: account@devotreami.com

FRAUD

When we find that fraud is involved, we will immediately stop the order and file reports to the police.
