PRE-ORDER

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for purchase but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is marked for each pre-order item. This is approx., however it may change. In that case, a new shipping date will be sent to you by e-mail.

MIXED ORDERS

If an order contains an available item and pre-order item, do keep in mind that the items will be dispatched at two different times. Yet, you will only pay once for shipping fees.

VARIOUS PRE-ORDERS

When an order only has pre-order items with different delivery dates, the items will be shipped together at the latest estimated delivery date.
