Change or add items to a placed order?

All orders are processed automatically, once it has been confirmed, it is not possible to edit any details. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order. To return a received order, please read our Cancellations & Returns.

Pre-order?

pre-orders will be dispatched when an item is at a minimum order of 20. Do keep in mind that devôtre ami is a season less, non-mass production brand.

Is the garment you like, no longer in stock, please feel free to contact us here and we’ll be happy to see if the garment is available to purchase in any other way!

How long does shipping take?

4-5 business days, after dispatch.

Does devôtre ami deliver internationally?

We only ship to the 27 European countries and the UK.

Who will deliver my order?

We work with PostNL, PostNL international.

Can I track my order?

After your confirmed order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an e-mail with all the information and tracking number for your order. Please, always check your SPAM folder as well!

What is the delivery fee?

We charge €6,95 for each order.

Do you have a gift option?

Yes, we do! Our gift option comes with a personalized hand-written card, branded logo ribbon and a coupon which the receiver can use on our website again. These coupons are valid for 3 months after receiving the gift and can be used for 1 order. Please, contact us via gift@devotreami.com for the gift option. For a gift card, click here.

How do I use a discount code?

A discount code you can fill in, during Check-Out. You cannot combine multiple codes or use more codes for one order. To receive more discount codes, sign up for our newsletter and be the first to get an update about sales, codes or special offers.

are the items in my cart reserved?

Unfortunately, we do not hold onto items placed in your cart. If an order is not concluded, the items stay available to purchase for other customers.

when can i expect my refund?

Please allow up to 10 days for your returned order to be received by us. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed by us. refunds take 3-5 working days to reach your account, depending on your payment method. If you haven't heard from us after 10 days of sending your order back, contact us here.
