RETURNS

You can request a return or an exchange for your ordered product(s) within 10 days from the delivery date. Fill in the online form for Return and Exchange and go to your closest post office.

CANCELLATIONS

When an order has been placed, cancellation is possible within 24hours. Unfortunately once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled! The package can be returned, when it is received.

Please remember, that gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged!
